The younger population can be educated that public transport is not second-class transport and coach travel is unique in taking passengers in great comfort door to door.
What’s your view/standpoint on zero-emission vehicles?
Great concept but at present restricted due to mileage limitations to interurban work load.
In your opinion, how can the industry continue to reduce its carbon footprint?
Invest in developing improving MPG Diesel models.
What new tech should coach / bus operators be looking to invest in?
DDA prepared vehicles.
Why is innovation so vital to the future of the industry?
Government bodies / councils are looking at DDA as part of future contract awards.
